Company Law in the Turks & Caicos Islands is governed by the provisions of the Companies Ordinance. The Companies Ordinance has been the benchmark of the Turks & Caicos Islands financial services legislation providing for the formation of IBC’s, Ordinary Companies, LLC’s, Guarantee companies and etc. It also provides for the registration of foreign companies doing business in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
